Who legally owns the animal during transport? HH

Is fuel reimbursement available?
Permission : Do you have the rescue's permission to post this template? yes
Is Liability Insurance in place?
Paperwork/Documentation: Documentation must be available and transferred to each volunteer who helps then paperwork must pass along with the animal also and be received by the final destination (foster home or rescue). yes
Do you take full responsibility for organising the transport run? For Example, making sure all volunteers have the necessary times etc before preceding with the run? yes

ANY MEMBER OFFERING TRANSPORT FOR THIS RUN MUST CHECK WITH THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY THAT THEY ARE COVERED TO CARRY THIS ANIMAL ON A VOLUNTARY BASIS. ALUK BEARS NO RESPONSIBILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANYTHING POSTED ON THE THREAD.

Thank you very much for sending healing thoughts I really need them, once I got my healthy legs back I will come back and see if I can be of help :)

Glad pooch is sorted.

Another Staffie being brought into Capricorn - how sad that folk don't look it properly when getting a staffie then decide they don't want it.

Sheila who runs Capricorn is fantastic. One of our dogs & cats are from there. She is brilliant.
