They're cute in a very strange way but doesn't it feel strange when stroking them with no hair?

Hairless rats do feel odd initially. They are so warm to the touch though, their metabolisms run higher then other rats. They do grow on you, my old hairless Errol was not one for being touched and cuddled so I'm making up for it with these two who are more then happy to oblige :)

they feel like very soft skin -unless they have a 'fuzz' then they feel like a peach
they aren't clammy or sticky but warm to the touch -great neck warmers in colder months
also rather addictive once you get used to them -their skin is thicker than a furred rat and they have a faster metabolism so eat more .
