Homing Requirements: Robbie needs 'safety first: strict front door and back gate security, so live in children would have to be very aware, as would all visitors. Robbie needs a secure garden and an active life style. Skin care as with any sighthound as his skin is very delicate i.e avoid bramble bushes. Happy as an only pet in an inclusive family.

His Story: Robbie was repeatedly found stray and his owners on the last occasion didn't come forwards for him. His time was running out and we were asked to offer him a place. Robbie is neutered, chipped and fully vax'd. Robbie is currently in boarding kennels near Godstone, Surrey but has enjoyed 10 days in foster care.

Advert: Robbie is a 'titch'; a little whippet with a very keen focus on the 'activity to hand' and so loves his walks and mixes. He meets dogs well but we are not aware he has lived with another. Garden and exit security are key with Robbie - just as if he was a 'terrier'. Robbie settles quickly into a 'relaxed' mode and loves to be on the sofa and in fact with any soft furnishings. Robbie prefers to travel observant and secured in the car.

Robbie is Petite. A whippet X with a brindle coat and fine fur skin from his sight-hound roots. He is 5 years old and a lively, fun and joyful little whippet. He enjoys meeting people. Robbie becomes very focused on ball play which therefore ideally needs to be limited but does show how trainable and intelligent he is. Little Robbie is very special!

Please note that this dog is currently in boarding kennels and is also available for foster until a 'forever' home is found.
