Rescue placement only please

Leo is a 4 year old rosetted Bengal dob 10/7/12.
I have been working with Leo's owner for many months now trying to help with Leo's unwanted behaviour and his owner has spent alot of money and time trying to help Leo but despite all this poor Leo is still unhappy in the home and so they have come to the hard decision to let him go to rescue and for rescue to find him a new home more suited to his needs .
Sadly Leo inappropriate toileting around the home started not long after his brother another bengal went missing and sadly has not been sighted since despite us appealing to try to find him.
Leo is rather dangerously spraying in electrical items which is very normal for a stressed cat to do to as its one of the ways they can mark their scent more strongly but this is not safe for Leo to do as he could end up electrocuting himself and so he really needs to be removed from the environment he is in currently quit quickly.
Leo also doesn't like like noises and the family have one child that is very noisy that isn't helping as Leo seems scared of this child's loudness.
Leo also gets stressed by a local unneutered male that keeps getting into the house and garden despite efforts to keep him away.
Leo lives with two ragdolls who he is happy to curl up and go to sleep with and so I feel he would be better in a home with another cat or two or though they would need to be quite docile and not too dominating over poor Leo.
Leo will need a home with plenty to do to keep him busy and out of mischief.
He will need a home that is used to bengals and willing to be quit patient with him until he settles into the home.
I am sure Leo would love a safe enclosed garden or cat pen to go outside sometimes to burn off all that endless energy he has.
Leo is up to date with his vacs and is chipped also.
Leo likes to use a storage box with breeder celect cat litter only, with the way in being in the top of the lid we have found this is the best way to get Leo to use his litter box.
Leo likes to eat Gourmet and likes to eat some raw meats but is not keen on dry food.
Leo did have a rescue lined up to go to but sadly this rescue has been let down by a home that was going to adopt another of the bengals they have in and so they are unable to take him in now.
Leo is spending more and more time outside because he doesn't seem to be able to cope with the noise in the home and owners are frighted he is going to electrocute himself and with the colder weather coming I would really love to get Leo safely into rescue as soon as possible as Leo also can't cope to be away from human company for long.
Leo is currently in Northamptonshire but we are willing to help transport him to any good rescue that home checks poss homes and offers full rescue back up and that will not put Leo to sleep just because of his toileting issues as I really do feel that Leo will stop this unwanted behaviour once in a much more calm and relaxed home with not so much loudness to cope with poor Leo just needs to be put in a home more suited to his needs with someone that is willing to work with him and be patient with him until he settles in.
