Hi my name is Pat I have had a lifetimes experience with animals, we had our own veterinary surgery for twenty five years, I am a vet nurse and along with my work in the surgery I ran an animal sanctuary for over twenty years, I was bourght up with horses as we had an Arabian stud, I have judged horses and dogs for many years, I bred and showed dogs for many years and have six Pugs, due to needing a hip replacemant i have slowed down my life some what and feel I can now help animals in other ways, I am able to drive to transport and am fairly free timewise, I have a mercedes estate which is fitted with travel crates, I am happy to help in any way I can.
Pat.

Thank you for all the warm welcomes, I can see what a friendly site this is, all with the same aim to do there best for animals in need, I shall enjoy helping out as much as I can, however can't go anywhere today as pipes are frozen and no water, and the car won't start as frost so hard, the joy of living in an isolated spot!!! never mind we have some electric heaters and six pugs make nice hot water bottles cuddles up on the sofa!!!
Stay warm everyone and take care.
